Haven't they reached saturation of southern markets? Increasingly, the SEC will need to look broader for expansion.

There's a lot of South still left on the table. North Carolina & Virginia especially, the 9th and 12th largest states respectively. There is also opportunity remaining in Florida, the 3rd largest state where the SEC currently only has one of the Sunshine State's 3 P5 programs.
