Could the P2 be better off if they brought the the M3 with them?
Spit balling here:

The Big 10 and SEC are obviously looking to make the best financial situation for themselves.

Rather than being the mightiest 2 in the NCAA, would it be better to leave the NCAA and take the M3, in all or part, with them. They need not necessarily give the M3 the same cash share but unlike tbe NCAA, the P2 would be in total control of the new organization.
