I disagree, Houston is more of a melting pot of college sports allegiances, all behind pro sports as it stands anyways. Even if Texas and Texas A&M are the most popular in Houston (I somewhat disagree), they don't have enough cachet to turn Houston into an SEC city, at least to an extent that Atlanta or Birmingham are.
