McClain was quoted in one of Rick Cleveland’s articles recently saying they’re looking into it and that plans were being drawn up. He also said that it’s limited with current surroundings. Or something to that effect. I’m too lazy to go reread the article.

I’ve always thought the university needs to buy the apartment complex next to the Pete and expand that way. Move the cages where some of the apartments are and put bleachers down the line, moving the bullpen back some. Any expansion down right field will potentially take away spots or at least the view of some of the Roost folks unless they can somehow fit seats onto the slopes below the Roost. I would love to see the Pete bigger and with closer conference mates we are going to start getting larger crowds consistently. Let’s build, baby!
