NIU usually charges for general parking (parking near the stadium involves being a doner) but last year they didn't charge for parking due to not wanting to exchange cash/COVID considerations. Curious to see if NIU starts charging for parking again this season? If they don't, they are leaving a lot of money on the table.

A lot? ehh, its not exactly crowded. They will be leaving some money out there, somewhat more than what you'd find in a couch but not exactly a lot.

I only went to the Wyoming game last year and the general (non-donor) parking lots out by the Convocation Center had a bunch of vehicles, including RVs. RVs are charged $30 for general parking and regular vehicles $15. Let's say 500 vehicles parked out there, that was a loss of $7,500 in parking fees (not including the higher RV fees). For a program with the lowest budget in the MAC and also has to play at least 2-3 payday games every season, every dollar matters.
