The only way "Good" QBs stay at any school is if they start. If they don't start after a year or 2, they leave.

There must be some sort of clearing house with data on one-armed teams... Other than being contacted by teams that had previously recruited you, no way individuals or even agents could keep on top of those needs for so many.
