Cme on dude we are talking track and field not to mention bowling as sport success stories ? They are good in football and have had some success in basketball over the years . I am from Greensboro and know A&T very well as far as sports go -not much there to talk about .

Where you've lived, clearly has not bearing on how much you understand. You live in Wilmington, and don't know UNCW very well. You just like to snipe. Be honest with yourself. Here is my MO-I live in Wilmington,have season tickets for baseball and basketball right now . Have had season tickets for basketball for most of the last 30 years and have donated no telling how much money to UNCW basketball and the school at large . If I want to post something on here I will and if you don't care for it I am fine with that -doesn't keep me awake at night .
I would rather see UNCW in the SoCon for reasons that are pretty clear but I also think it will not happen as long as the current AD is there but it will not stop me from posting it every chance I get . The CAA is straight garbage and has been for quite a while-IMO . A&T is an ok school with decent athletics-nothing more and not a great get for any conference and certainly no better than a HPU .

I, and I'm sure others, would also like to see UNCW in the SoCon. Yes. The CAA is garbage and has been since the VA schools left, I've been clear on my opinion of that as well. I don't see A&T as a gigantic upgrade to this conference and reason for us to "want" to stay put. I don't see HPU as a good get for the conference either.

I can tell you there are 1-2 people on this board that think there's any possibility of UNCG joining the CAA. Your posts keep making it seem like we all think it's possible. The clear majority of us don't have any belief that's actually a thing. More of a very unlikely pipe dream. Again, if you read this thread and others that should be pretty clear. I do very much agree with the rest of your post though. Also, a lot of us give to the university financially. That doesn't equate to knowledge. It just means yourself and many of us are just nice people (on occasion).
