I wouldn’t say Campbell is a “very good school academically.” Also, The CAA doesn’t gain anything by going into the Buies Creek market. Middle of nowhere.

Winthrop or High Point make the most sense.

High Point offers nothing; they don't move the needle for me at all. Bigger than Buies Creek, sure, but that isn't an attractive market.

Nido Qubein. That’s what HPU offers. The continued growth of that school is astonishing since he took over in 2005. Also High Point would get the CAA into the Triad market.

I'm familiar with Qubein, and completely unimpressed. Do you think he's going to revitalize High Point, the town? Is he bringing the furniture market back from Vegas?

He builds fancy buildings and charges way too much for a below average education. Why is that appealing to the CAA?

High Point is basically HPU at this point. Furniture Market hasn’t been what what it was for about two decades at this point. Without HPU’s growth the city of High Point would be nothing.

He offers a quickly growing school (enrollment increased by 216% since 2005), strong leadership and a strategic vision to keep enhancing the school.
