MAW is more of an off-ball scorer than a guy who creates his own shot. He does well on spot up threes and line drives. The problem is our offense doesn't really suit him, at least so far. The lack of threats on the floor means that teams can key in on guys who are good spot up shooters (MAW, Davenport, Mason) and ignore others who either can't shoot or you are generally okay with daring to shoot because they will miss a lot more than they make (Ody, Ado, Newman, arguably Koval). We also don't move the ball very well, which leads us to relying on one guy to create something. DDJ, Saunders and Lakhin have shown they can create, but that's about it.

More offensive threats in the game and more ball movement would create a lot more open shots for our spot up shooters and help spread the defense.
