I don't think so. CBS had on the Selection committee chair and he said that the brackets were done they are just picking seeds about now. At Least that is what I thought he said while I was painting.

It probably equals they have voted on the teams. If a bid is stolen the last team in moves out.

So I saw Palms and Lunardi's brackets and one has X as the last one in and one had them at the top of the last 4 in.
