To be fair, it doesn’t take much to move to a better conference.
However, you’re right. They should be taking the high road here given their school’s past voting record on the matter.

If you have ever read their board or interacted with their fans, there is no such thing as the high road. They have always had a bigger than thou mindset. It just amplified once ODU and VCU left (who had even bigger egos).
We have a NC school like that in ECU. Always see themselves in a better light than anyone else does. JMU has been good in football because they shake down their students for athletic fees higher than anyone in FCS football by far. They will now get to play schools with the same resources every week in football. Outside of football, they really haven't had much success except in their women's sports. They will be missed due to their geography and football, but not much beyond that.
