2021 College Football Playoff Rankings
Brian Kelly made almost the same comment after we barely beat UCONN 47-45 in 2009. That's was exactly 11 years ago, Nov 8. As I recall we almost let Ryan Matthews from Fresno State ruin the perfect season all on his own as well. Is that 2009 Pitt much better than 2021 Houston? No idea, but I'm guessing we won't be celebrating a 1 point win as much as we did that one.

Idk. I'm pretty bummed by the last 3 weeks but the nice thing about this kind of run is that we're now bedfellows with fan bases that see delusion as a rite of passage. Hopefully this is the rut before a postseason final four run and not the late season slide we've seen so often on the hardwood...
