I think the proposed reorganization would be great and it makes sense. The problem is it has no chance of happening and Judy has to know this. This is a "hey, look at me! I'm doing something!" move out of desperation. Good chance CUSA is about to be gutted.

I'm sure the vote was probably unanimous, but even if it is, and even if Ray Ray is on the up and up and actually has UAB's interests ahead of Fess', AND even if it's an open secret that UAB is in negotiations/discussions with the AAC until the trigger has been pulled he/UAB is still going to vote with and act with the rest of C*USA like the AAC move isn't on the table
