I’d be happy for App State, but I’d hate it for our conference. Not sure there are any replacements Id like as much as them.

I think the change would come as a shock to most people, but not be totally surprising if that makes sense. I still don't see it happening because the remaining schools aren't really academically similar to App, other than maybe ECU. Except that ECU may be ranked higher by publications that these type of people look at but App State has better academics sans having a research mission.
