2 of the fumbles by the RBs are about as much of a mistake as missing a field goal. 1st fumble by Brandon was an effort play...Kid was fighting and it cost him. Fumble by Watkins was getting hit on the ball...Watkins is a back who requires agility...You really cant do that and always keep both hands on the ball.

The 2nd fumble by Brandon was a mental mistake he should have taken the yards instead of trying to hit a home run...I will say that.

Explain them away as you will but they are the same mistakes in 2 consecutive games. And if the coach doesn't have other options we're looking at the potential to continue losing.

It is not explaining it away...Fumbling is part of the game...It is going to happen.

Granted some people naturally handle the ball better than others. But that is either natural or trained over time.

Many fumbles happen on effort plays...You can teach the kid to give up in traffic...Which many coaches do preach. I don't necessarily agree with this.

TOs are TOs. Good teams that are well coached don't make many, we have consistently.
