It is a bit tongue-in-cheek. You could take the therapeutic route if your symptoms are not too far advanced. Or you could take the route that substantially makes your chances of not getting severely sick better so if you do get it, the therapeutics will come in handy since you case isn’t severe.

The rational choice is to do everything in your own interest to protect yourself. If you’ve had Covid and have immunity from that, that’s good for them. The rest of - some of you may be extremely fit. And don’t need to worry. I am not so I did choose what was in my best interest.

But you are right - one size does not fit all. Being anti-vax, to me, is a different mentality than just looking for alternatives in my view. Being anti- vax is on par with being a Flat Earther or thinking the moon landing was faked. Seeking alternatives or different approaches is not irrational - it just may not be as effective for protection.



Most healthy young people do not need any protection at all. The overwhelming majority who get it show very light symptoms or virtually no symptoms at all.

That basic fact continues to get lost in the vaccine hysteria.

If you are healthy and young, you really don't need anything. If you are one of the rare cases who does get sick and have strong symptoms you can simply get the antibodies or use other treatments and quickly recover.

If you are older or have other medial issues that make you vulnerable its a good idea to get the vaccine and protect yourself.
