That's really all it comes down to.

Natural immunity and antibodies are still real science.

True but not accurate. Antibodies after vaccination are much more effective than antibodies for infected but not vaccinated. The highest effectiveness is a booster after full vaccination after infection.

There is not just one answer here and due to variants what is true in September May not be true in December. If you are not willing to accept that science is good but old science that doesn’t have the benefit of new information is bad science. Example: the Flat Earth Society. It is true that the place you are standing is flat but the earth is not itself flat.

Monoclonal treatments are hailed as a panacea. Monoclonal has a place in the treatment tool box but it is a temporary solution that is massively more expensive and offers little protection against infection compared to vaccines. It’s what the unvaccinated beg for.

That is not accurate according to this recently released study
https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/...21262415v1

Quote:Conclusions This study demonstrated that natural immunity confers longer lasting and stronger protection against infection, symptomatic disease and hospitalization caused by the Delta variant of SARS-CoV-2, compared to the BNT162b2 two-dose vaccine-induced immunity. Individuals who were both previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 and given a single dose of the vaccine gained additional protection against the Delta variant.

Let's say I were to get infected and then take mAbs. Does my body then have natural immunity given that I was infected?

If you get it and recover you have natural immunity. Vaccine on top of that is just an additional level of protection.

There is some conflicting opinion on that....as in, it could be bad for you.
