Toledo received no votes in last week's AP poll. They may receive a few votes this week.

Appalachian State received only one vote in last weeks AP poll, despite being ranked #28 in the Massey Composite. They may receive quite a few votes after losing @ Miami by 2 pts in the closing minutes of the game.

They just don't penalize teams for bad wins. ND beat FSU by 3 who just lost to Jax St. And Toledo by 3 simply because the QB doesn't understand the clock rules. Toledo could have iced the game and kicked an 18 yard FG at buzzer.

Yup - Notre Dame doesn't look like a top 25 team at all at this point.

Another team that does not belong right now is Iowa st
