Are you unaware of what the term 'because' means? Most people understand that 'because' means 'for the reason that', or 'since'.

If you meant to say something different (and I hope that you did), then simply stop defending what you said by literally making stuff up as a defense. Say, "I was unclear and shouldnt have used 'because', and that was incorrect.'

I will take it that you either: a) fundamentally do not understand the word 'because'; or b) your pride cannot allow you to denote that you used the 'because' fully understanding it.

Instead, you retreat behind a sanctimonious comment as above. Fun fun fun.

Look Eric, again, if you simply said 'I, Eric, did not mean to use the word because, and that word has awful connotations' -- I would take that on the surface that you used that word inadvertantly and/or mistakenly with no other comment.
