This is great .. and frankly the correct mindset. The BIG XII now is not what it was in 2016. I don't know how much of the AAC school leadership is the same as 2016, but I wouldn't be surprised if they share similar thought process to this.

Well if you think that ESPN has been dealing with Aresco in reaching out to Leftovers, you can well guarantee that Aresco and ESPN have talked with the AAC schools about it and they know full well what ESPN will do to the Leftovers if they don’t bend the knee. Do you want to risk that if you are an AAC school, when all the dust ends there might not be room even in the MAC.

Like it or not ESPN runs College Football.
