One thing I expect from the Big 12 3.0 is parity. I think recruiting is going to take a huge slide. The resources won’t be there to retain coaches and keep up in the facilities arms race. Recruits will pass over Big 12 programs for a change at big NIL money elsewhere.

NIL and the Super-SEC are going to wreck college sports.
