When was CBS ever in the Big 12? They air men's basketball games but I believe that's a sublicense off ESPN and I can't remember they've ever aired a Big 12 conference football game on the Eye (maybe old Big 8 back in the 80's?)

I'm pretty sure it is FOX and ESPN who share the Big 12. Not sure where they got CBS from.
