I could imagine the B1G taking 10 of the PAC 12 to get to 24. You could set up 6 divisions of 4. Play every one in your division and rotate 1 each through the other 5 for an 8 game schedule. My best guess would be Washington State and Oregon State might get left out. or one of those two and Utah.
