Straight from Wikipedia. Key wording here is that there is no evidence. Taiwan maybe a whole lot safer than we think.

If they have one---Im not sure why they wouldn't just say they have one. Nobody is doing a thing to N Korea for one reason and one reason only---they have nukes. China would have little choice but to deal with Taiwan as a nation if it was known they had nukes. Just a few nuclear hits in few major cities would end China as a major power for a generations or more---and the CCP would probably not survive after starting such a foolish and unnecessary conflict. lol---I guess I wouldnt make a very good diplomat.
