RE: WAC Womens Soccer 2021 Season Thread
Through August 23, the Western Athletic Conference (not including the non-conference match between ACU & NMSU) is 8-9 out of conference with one P5 victory (Utah Valley over Arizona) to the league's credit.

Not a bad opening weekend.

Wins - 8

Arizona (UVU)
Central Arkansas (GCU)
Grambling (Lamar)
Northern Arizona (UVU)
Portland State (Seattle)
Southeastern La. (GCU)
UNLV (Dixie State)
UTEP (ACU)

Losses - 9

LSU (Sam Houston)
New Mexico (Dixie St)
Oklahoma (Lamar)
Oregon State (Seattle)
Rice (Sam Houston, Stephen F Austin)
South Dakota State (UTRGV)
TCU (Stephen F Austin)
UC-Riverside (Cal Bapt)

As we go into week two - games of interest include in-state battle between Abilene Christian (1-1) @ Texas Tech, UTRGV (0-1) @ TCU, Utah Valley (2-0) @ Weber State plus WAC games against the Southland (hey - the Texas schools are at least interested!), GCU (2-0) at UIW, UTRGV (0-1) at TAMU-CC, Cal Baptist (0-1) @ UIW, Sam Houston (0-2) at McNeese
