That would make it a design by idiots. Driving is not supposed to be an IQ test. The interchange should be designed around the users' needs.

If the designers are thinking ahead (as opposed to the designers of that wonderful Central-23 crossing), and they find some efficiency in this design, they will have it well marked as to how those deisring to go west can do that. And it will be designed so that they can do that efficiently and safely.

Injury accidents are down 80% at that intersection and traffic flow is up nearly 40% according to the County Engineer's Office. Following signs and lines is not hard...and the goal of these is to move traffic more efficiently while also being safer (the hullabaloo about the Dorr Street interchange is also overblown, as it is FAR easier to get through that than just about any other interstate exchange around here). The Right In/Right Out is easy as **** to understand...but there will still be idiots trying to take a left turn into or out of the lot blocking traffic regardless of how big and bright the median blocking that from being done is. It's not a bad design...you simply cannot account for the complete depths of stupidity that some human beings slump to...there are always exceptions to every rule/design/plan/law/etc.
