It's ridiculous that every other college sport allows every conference champion into its playoff except for FBS college football.

The only reason the playoff committee is even considering expansion to 12 games is because P5 conferences have probably griped that Alabama and Clemson are the only two teams making the 4 team playoff every year. The playoff committee is not considering an expansion to help the G5 at all. If it was, then this expansion would include 10 spots for every FBS conference champion and two at-large spots.

Money, money is usually the answer.

Maybe college teams in FBS should stop playing so many worthless games.

In a normal season, FCS has 24 teams in the playoffs. Do you know how many games they play before the playoffs? Do they have CCG?
Ill answer.
They play less games and they dont have CCG.

You can expect teams to play all of December. Or to play 4-5 playoff games after playing 12 games + CCG.
