If you never wanted to be disappointed just head north of campus about 45 minutes to Mary’s Cafe in Strawn off I 20. I gain weight just thinking about that place.

Normal human persons should not order the large chicken fried steak. Large means huuuuge.

Different restaurant but same story. After moving from NM to Texas I learned the hard way about ordering the larger portion of chicken fried steak. I could have plated another meal on top of the steak alone. But I still ate it all. And went into a day long food coma. And I’d do it again damnit.
