Going to be?
Look at the those who have been in the streets protesting for the last year and a half.

I retired two years ago mainly because of the quality of job applicants. I couldn’t hire forklift drivers in Shelbyville, KY, Small Town USA, for $22.00 to start. Those that did apply couldn’t pass the drug screen. I’m not talking just weed either. Meth and heroin were what usually kept me from hiring most.

I feel sorry for anyone in Operations Management today like I was for 40 plus years. I have watched the quality of applicants drop steadily for years. It bottomed out in 2016.

I simply got tired of looking for people that aren’t there.
