This is the kind of thing that I have been talking about. He could go most anywhere if he would convert to WR, but he wants a sot at QB. There are a bunch of guys like that every year, and what they are, are athletes. I'd rather have talent any day, and figuring out how to get it on the field is a good coaching problem.

I think I've mentioned before that I became a lot better coach when an All-American showed up. I played her out of position for two years, but that was where we needed her. Get the best athletes you can, and then get as many of them on the field as possible.
