I'll jump in:

1. None, because none of the Big Sky's schools sponsor hockey and none have the millions of dollars it would take to start the sport.

2. None, because only 2/12 (including the Holy Cross women) HEA schools are in the Big East, including Boston College who will have a sport participate under the Big East banner about when the University of Alabama has an affiliate agreement with the Ivy League. Also, no HEA teams are in New York, and the conference tournament is already held at TD Garden in Boston, which is essentially the capital of New England.
