Anyone know when we'll find out if the AHA lets Robert Morris back in?

With all of the independents, the prospect of a new conference really intrigues me. It could be operated by the CHA, which has a womens conference and used to have a Mens conference as well: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/College_Ho...on_history

This could provide a conference home for Alabama Huntsville, the Alaska schools (UAA is back for next year at least), Robert Morris (if no Atlantic invite), Long Island, Augastana (if no CCHA invite), and potentially new programs in Lindenwood and Liberty. ASU would rather be independent or join a better conference.

I never knew it, but that wiki link mentions that Kennesaw was targeted for college hockey expansion, but they seem to have went the football route.

The independents using College Hockey America (which is still an active conference) to sponsor men's hockey is a really good idea. I remember when Bemidji St went to the Frozen Four as one of 4 remaining College Hockey America members.
