Listen to that podcast and Wes describes what he is looking for. He wants long athletic guards and wings who can press, defend, get into passing lanes to cause deflections (gasp) and turnovers...he said they may take guys who don’t fit that mold but those guys would have to be tough as nails on the inside for that to happen.

Sounds like Bearcat Basketball.
