I am not a shill for Brannen. I am a voice asking for sanity where there is none. I do hope he gets paid though.

Remember, the word fan comes from fanatic. The lack of objectivity here is fun to watch - and poke fun at.

What’s subjective about finishing the regular season barely above .500 and having basically your whole team walk out on you including your entire freshman class? Were things looking particularly good “objectively” at that point?

And please don’t cite getting to the conference championship game. Outside of Houston- the conference was GARBAGE. Wichita State was the luckiest team in the history of the word luck and got shown the door in the first round by Drake. There’s really no argument for any other team besides Memphis being any good. Oh and we didn’t beat them either.
