Why does the next coach have to take a side? I mean, isn't it a little stupid for a guy to be defensive about what the guy before him got canned for???

If you're trying to get the job, you promote yourself and you tell your potential employer that this BS won't happen with me.

... And then if it does, fire his a$$ too.
