Keelon had an issue with the AD and rightfully so. You're the only coach left while Pastner was gone and was told you'd be on staff by the AD. Then, you get demoted. He never disparaged Tubby or anybody else.

You gotta be naive to think that was all Bowden's fault.. Tubby never wanted Keelon on his coaching staff in the first place!.. What was Bowden supposed to do??? Tell Tubby, his newly appointed head coach to keep Keelon no matter what?? Of course, he demoted Keelon to make everybody happy but Keelon's ego wouldn't allow it.. Bowden was gonna be the bad guy no matter what.

He should have never promised Keelon anything.. He let Keelon negotiate his job using his kids at the time.
