I watched the game again and concentrated on DJ..he was bringing the ball up the court, hit an outside shot, blowing by defenders...etc showing his versatility.

He was showing them how much better they'd be... He wants to be needed instead of criticized by fans...I dunno. Sometimes the reasons are very simple.

matthews and jeffries were team mates at olive branch high school
for several years

won state and had a runner up in state
