Waylee, a true freshman, stepped in and looked great

Being a freshman, being injured, and getting his sea legs under him is no crime.

He’s probably getting his body back up to speed and now he needs reps. Waylee got a ton of reps last season and he really benefited from it.

I think Waylee is special, so being behind him on the depth chart is not bad.

When brown steps on campus he will be the highest rated recruit NIU has ever had, and I fully expect him to be behind Waylee, Collins, “Rat Dog”, and maybe ducker

Cream roses to the top. Waylee is special he stepped up. Chad Span was special, he went from walk on to starting quickly. Rudolph went from PWO to excellent returner and very good receiver. Cream roses.

Understood. I was just having some fun with you. And I know what you mean. I am so old that everything is failing on me - vision, hearing, and other things. Also, things no longer rise for me - or even "rose".
