he loses eligibility if he signs with the majority of available agents...there are few agents he could sign with and still keep his eligibility
to the extent that he if he told he will be drafted, he is obviously gone..
but he isnt on any draft boards

to me this is an indication that he wants the NBA, and not looking for overseas...that he'd rather try one more year of college before that .. the concerted effort to retain eligibility, putting your name in the portal, and constant hassle of being recruited isnt something you do just because
