He needs a couple things to develop.

1) A consistent shot. He needs to be at least somewhat of a shooting threat.

2) Play fast but within himself, chill out on the turnovers and hero passes.

Both of those are fixable, especially considering his youth. His shot isn't broken and the second one would come with experience. He would be a great get for anyone. If he fixed the above, his skillset would be pretty lethal simply because of his ability to get in the lane and disrupt the defense.
