RE: Transfer Portal Speculation, Rumors & Pipe Dreams Thread
the portal is not going how I expected it.. the vast amount of transfers i expected.. the lack of aac interest is what is surprising..

i thought our league would feast on transfers.. our league is big enough to get draft hype and a multi-bid league ..small enough that if you are touted you will get PT.. Ideal for transfers

There are 1300 in the portal...every aac team have 3+ scholly ... 2 have 7 ships to fill...no elite transfer is connected to the aac .. a 13pt scorer from a 4-16 BC (tabb at ecu), Horne (a tulsa re-add) and the st johns backup big (That is deciding between cincy and florida) are the only noteable transfers tied to any AAC (that the aac is a favorite)...none of those 3 would likely be top 150 currently in the portal (maybe horne) ..
--- and we've gotten a bunch of 10pt per mid-major commits

im hoping this is just a lul period for these transfers .."big school dreaming" before they come back down to reality when the scholarships start running out
-- Arkansas is currently connected to 48 transfer (not a joke, there's a twitter account keeping track)..Arkansas is only taking 6 or 7 max
