Where Hammock benefits playing so many young guys is that he doesn’t seem to need an infusion of talent at any one spot so he can have an off year recruiting - which this season will likely be.

On offense we probably have an idea of everyone, but defense could be anyone. We have 4 linebackers. A million DE candidates, 3 or 4 guys at DT, and the secondary outside Lafayette can be 100% different. Anyone want to take a stab at it?

WR: Richie, Rudolph, Tucker.
TE: Joiner, Soraghan.
OT: Cox, Potter.
OG: Champe, Zschernitz.
OC: Patten.
QB: Lombardi
RB: Ducker, Waylee, Brown.
FB: Ratkovich.

CB: Gandy, Rodgers.
S: Lafeyette, Hansen.
MLB: Rattin.
OLB: Rayner, Pugh.
DE: O'Malley, Oppong.
DT: Ester, Taylor.

Could be. That guess is as good as any.

Personally Waylee is my starter. Thomas/Davis/O’Malley/Oppong/Mattox are going to be the DE starters.

Waylee needs to be unseated like he did last season. No one is given a position. The Oline will be interesting. They all got an extra year. Being in a college weight and conditioning program makes a difference.

The Running backs position might be the best it’s been since the AJ Harris/Garrett Wolfe days. Lots of competition.
