Delaware
James Madison
Dayton
Charlotte

ODU
Marshall
Stony Brook

Maine, New Hampshire, URI, Richmond, Villanova, William & Mary, Fordham, George Mason, VCU, Towson and Albany might upgrade their stadiums or add football to be part of the Yankee Conference. You do get the best from C-USA, A-10 and CAA to form the better football and men's basketball conference.

Would this be an FCS or FBS conference? I assume FBS. is it football only or all sports? If that is the case, why would the bolded teams add or upgrade their football situations? Out of all of them, Towson might be the only one that might, but I don't know if they have the money for it. I also don't know why Dayton or Buffalo would leave their situations. Even the CUSA schools that are not happy would be making a huge leap going in with a bunch of Indy and callups.
