UCONN has a budget higher than any school in the G5 at $89MM and most of that revenue is from men’s and womens basketball. It has a P5 budget and were in a g5 football league. They have never been a football school and never will be. The Big East is a multi bid league who have boasted multiple national champions in its current version. The current tv deal is between $6-7MM per school. AAC was only slightly higher at about $7mm per school. UCONN is fine.
