Get rid of all Dominion Machines, heck any electronic machines for votes...paper ballots, in-person on day of election only, hand-counting and verification in front of close and fully transparent monitoring by public, Valid citizen ID and any absentee ballots signature matched and include valid ID attached to it permanently (else, vote in person). Would be a start.

You obviously don't remember that clown show in Minnesota that got the comedian elected. Paper ballots wtih pencil and pen are stupid in this day and age. It was like Carnack the Magnificent holding the ballot to his ear to divine who they intended to vote for.

Don’t most places have a two track system? The vote is logged in storage media which is electronically tallied, but the voter receives a paper ballot receipt that is deposited in a ballot box.

I think, but am not sure, that the deposited ballots are given a run-through and matched to not just a precinct tally, but even a machine level tally in Texas.

That system allows easy early voting balances as well.

For the record I oppose drop off and mail in since that too easily thwarts ID laws that I think are a good idea.
