1. Ramirez did not have authorization to be in the server room.
2. Ramirez used another person's key card to gain access to the server room.
3. The key card belonged to Kristi Passerelli, was card stolen or was she complicit?
4. Maricopa County election policy is for TWO people to be in server room whenever keyboard video monitor (KVM) is being used.
5. Maricopa County election policy says that no mobile devices are allowed in server room.
6. Arizona state election law requires all election-related files be retained for 22 months.
7. Video surveillance and log file times matched showing Ramirez to have deleted subpoenaed election files prior to Maricopa County handling over election data.


But yeah, other than that, THERE WAS A GUY IN A ROOM ON A CELL PHONE!!!
