And since you brought up polls earlier...trump was losing in pretty much EVERY legitimate poll ahead of the election...so the only one that would have needed to cheat to win was trump...and this is further bore out in the fact that pretty much every case of fraud found in the election was trump voters trying to help trump.

And just because you seem to want to ignore how most every state actually handles mail-in ballots and verifies them, doesn't mean they were in somehow fraught with all this fraud. It's laughable. These states weren't decided by one or two votes, but tens of thousands. That's not something anyone could easily pull off as you seem to suggest. And it would have had to happen in several states, and it would have involved hundreds or thousands of people. And even if someone was stupid enough to do it, it was no guarantee that trump would have necessarily lost. All that could have happened in your mind, yet not any credible evidence has been found in well over a year? Think man.

I actually favor it. My preference would be for you to be registered to vote when you're issued your SSN, through some type of a national voter database that would control one standard type of ID...just like a SS card. Then put mechanisms in place for states to be able to easily verify them.

The only thing I've ever been against are the states that implement ID laws, whether intentional or not, that end up posing a end cost through either a type of poll tax, or some procedure that is impossible for all to equally access.

Elaborate please as I am unaware of any of these things that has ever happened to anyone that has voted in Texas. Yet we are supposedly blocking people from voting and I have NEVER met one person who was denied voting. TBH a lot of people don't care enough to even make the effort. ID is a valid DL or a state issued photo ID or any military ID. Pretty simple and I have no idea why anyone wouldn't have one. You have one if you are on assisted living and can use that as well to vote.

I have seen with my own two eyes Democrats rounding people up and telling them who to vote for both mail in and even transporting them. Once again I am not affiliated with any party. This is disgusting and you know it.

The Texas voter ID law was in court from 2011 until 2018 and potentially later. It was originally too restrictive in the forms of ID it accepted as it only took Drivers License, Handgun Permit, Military ID, and passport. A federal judge directly called the 2011 version a discriminatory poll tax.

In order to get the law through the courts they had to add a free voter ID, ballot curing process, and the ability to cast a ballot with a "Reasonable Impediment Declaration".

Typically older voters in minority communities are impacted disproportionately by strict voter ID laws like the 2011 law, which is why the court system required the changes.
