He said co-liaison Randy Pullen had already taken the lead during the new count, which Bennett thought an independent group should conduct after the Cyber Ninjas’ tally didn’t match the total documented by Maricopa County.

Pullen confirmed to KTAR News 92.3 FM on Monday that Bennett no longer has access to the Wesley Bolin Building at the fairgrounds, where the last recount is happening, but he’s still the audit liaison.


The auditors have refused to reveal their procedures for the latest count, Bennett said, leaving him “very concerned” they would “force balance” in the direction of their earlier findings.

Because of his concerns, he consulted with an outside group that has been researching the election independently of the audit and had offered assistance.

“Indirectly, I allowed some information that was supposed to be private to get out,” Bennett said. “He leaked it to the press, and I felt bad about that. Obviously Mr. Pullen and maybe the Senate and others were upset. And so that’s why I was denied access.”

Bennett said it’s not the first time the Cyber Ninjas have withheld procedural information from him, but he hopes things can be worked out so he can continue as liaison until the end of the process.

“I just cannot function as the liaison with those kinds of hide-the-ball-from-me stuff,” he said. “But I’m working with (Senate) President (Karen) Fann, and if we can get those kinds of things worked out, I want to see this audit through to success.

“And success to me is the facts. Election integrity is not about whether or not Donald Trump won an election. Election integrity is about, did we get the election right? And that’s what I’m focused on.”

The linked article has so many holes in it.

I don't see where it mentioned Bennett violating the NDA. That may have something to do with supposed lack of transparency.

I doubt they're hiding their procedures given that the court ruled they had to make their procedures public. I would think if they are withholding additional procedures there would be a lawsuit filed.

As to whether or not the final reconciliatory count should be performed by a 3rd party, Cyber Ninjas is the 3rd party. At least, that's what they've been called by the MCBOS.

Again, we'll see. But using someone who violated their NDA as a source doesn't seem to be the best basis for a story. That is, unless you're trying to cast doubt on the entire forensic audit process and its results.

But why would the MCBOS and leftist media try to do that? I mean, if they are it's not working.

If they weren't hiding their procedures the court wouldn't have to tell them to make them public.

You guys said this audit was more transparent than the election count, but the election count had observers from both parties and no NDAs.

Why would you need an NDA when performing a service for the state government if you have nothing to hide about your "audit".

Key election areas were purposely lacking proper oversight. Fulton county being one. Many others have affidavits filed under penalty of perjury questioning the counting of ballots.
For years the governments, both local and federal, have ignored these irregularities. Thus setting a very real precedent of lazy ass oversight by officials and courts. None have the balls to do something about it.

This is true. And it wasn't just in Fulton County, Georgia. In fact, for those who watched any of the special hearings we were able to watch first-hand sworn testimony of witnesses -- election workers -- who submitted legal affidavits detailing the irregularities at the polls and election offices.

To flippantly deny 1,000's of sworn affidavits means you're picking your side based on personal reasons rather than facts.
