Well, because you're an idiot. The audit process used so is good that it SHOULD be used for the actual counting and movement of the ballots on election day. It will certainly be used for upcoming audits in other states, as it is the gold standard. But it should also be used on election day.

3. Color coded sections with wristbands to ensure you are where you should be.
4. Chaperones for when anything has to transition from one area to the next.
