Not by an individual. A button is pressed. You don't have to be able to "read" braille to read a braille ballot. It's not like the voter is making a bump or dimple or something. They are choosing a candidate just like everyone else. I call fabrics on the Braille angle.

Dude, the state officials said they were done except for counting Braille ballots. If there's a gripe, it's with the state GOP conducting the "audit"!

I thought it was the Braille and the physically damaged ones.
